Thanks to your overwhelming support, we nearly tripled our original goal of 70 booties!  This project is barely 3 months old, and already we have received booties from all across America and Europe!  The outpouring of love and generosity for these precious babies that you, dear knitters, have shown is incredible!!

We scheduled our nutrition seminar to take place in the village where Hilary lives.  However, she oversees 9 other villages…are you thinking what I’m thinking??  Then lets talk…

A village has between 40-70 babies.  That means IF we wanted to sponsor a nutrition seminar for each of the 9 villages, we’d have to knit close to 540 pairs of booties.  Who is with me???  I believe we can do this with your help!!  So, dear knitters, choose some brightly colored yarn and lets get to work!
